Our Quality Policy

Our business Group takes personal responsibility for Quality Management. The objective of this quality policy is to provide services that fully satisfy the needs of our clients, associates, and collaborators, all with maximum efficiency.

The Quality Policy of our business group, upon which the Quality Management System is based, will be periodically reviewed through the System Review by Management.

We have established and implemented a Quality system based on the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2000 “Quality Management Systems”.

The Quality Manager of our business group ensures that all individuals who influence the company's quality are aware of the policy and the set objectives. This manager is entrusted with the task of disseminating and distributing, at all levels of the organization, the documents relevant to each workstation.
