Die Kinu-Handmühlen gibt es in 3 Varianten (M47, M47 Travel, M47 Phoenix). Alle drei Mühlen haben ein konisches Mahlwerk, jedoch werden beim Gehäuse und beim Mahlgutbehälter andere Materialien verwendet. Sie unterscheiden sich auch in Grösse und Gewicht.

Die Kinu M47 Phoenix ist die Handmühle mit dem besten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Gehäuse besteht aus Edelstahl, der Mahlgutbehälter aus Kunststoff (ABS). Durch den langen Hebel der Kurbel (wie bei der M47), geht der Mahlvorgang leicht von der Hand. Im oberen Bereich der Mühle umfasst ein Gummiband das Gehäuse. Dadurch liegt die Mühle rutschsicher in der Hand.
