Work supervision for the new Bahía Business corporate center successfully completed

Grupo Bahía's project management and construction division has concluded the delivery of the Bahía Business corporate project, a smart office building equipped with state-of-the-art solar technology and a bioclimatic facade.

The business center has obtained LEED Gold pre-certification thanks to the optimization of water resource use, low-emission materials, and a smart control system that manages lighting and air conditioning automatically.

This project demonstrates once again Grupo Bahía's technical capacity to lead complex and sustainable construction developments nationwide.
